Why We Recommend Reolink
We strongly urge customers to use the Reolink Go Plus because it has been extensively tested and proven to work seamlessly with our platform. MoorMesh has been built around the capabilities of Reolink cameras, allowing us to deeply integrate them into our system and provide a reliable, plug-and-play experience for boat owners.
Can I use a different camera?
In theory, any security camera that supports sending email alerts and notifications should work with MoorMesh. However, we make absolutely no guarantees regarding the compatibility or performance of third-party cameras.
Because different manufacturers format their alerts and handle connectivity in entirely different ways, we cannot provide technical support or guarantee that alerts from non-Reolink cameras will be processed correctly by the MoorMesh system. For peace of mind and guaranteed compatibility, sticking with the Reolink Go Plus is always the best choice.
